Who we are
Stilex is a trading name of STILEX SOLUTION LTD, company number 14373899, registered in England and Wales. We are the controller of personal information used to handle your enquiries. Contact info@stilex.co.uk for privacy questions or requests. This notice covers our website and business enquiries, not worker onboarding.
What we collect
When you enquire, we collect your name, company, email address, site postcode, number of labourers required and the information you include in your message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or identity documents through this form. Our hosting and form providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and secure their services.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to answer your questions, prepare quotes, check availability and arrange labour supply. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing client relationships. Where you personally request steps towards a contract with us, or enter one, we rely on contractual necessity for that processing. Where records must be retained by law, we rely on legal obligation. The enquiry form is not a newsletter subscription.
Who handles your information
Our form sends your submission to Formspree, which processes and stores it and delivers an email notification to us. We use Namecheap Private Email to receive and manage email. Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers handle information needed to supply their services. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal or business obligations.
Processing outside the UK
Our providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Formspree states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses as a data processor. Its privacy policy and security information explain its processing and safeguards. How long information is kept
Retention depends on whether an enquiry remains active, results in a quote or booking, or is needed to address a complaint, legal claim or record-keeping obligation. Enquiry information should be deleted when it is no longer needed for those purposes. Provider copies and technical logs are also subject to their service retention settings and terms. Contact us to ask about a particular enquiry or request deletion.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions. Email info@stilex.co.uk to make a request; we may need to confirm your identity. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Cookies and updates
We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics to this website. Hosting and form services may use technical measures needed for security and delivery. This notice will be updated when our services or handling of enquiries changes.
